Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after October 3, 2008, but prior to 72 hours of scheduled arrival will not be penalized. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of arrival will result in one night's room and tax penalty being charged to the credit card on file. Contact your hotel directly beginning October 4, 2008 for necessary changes/cancellations. ACC will not assume any responsibility for any attendee hotel reservations.

Airport Transportation
The Washington State Convention Center, ACC's 2008 Annual Meeting headquarters, is located approximately 25 minutes from Seattle/Tacoma International Airport.
From Seattle/Tacoma International Airport: Gray Line's Downtown Airporter runs to the downtown hotels every 30 minutes for $10.25 one-way and $17 round trip. Taxi- Taxi service is available for approximately $40 one-way. For wheelchair accessible vehicles, please indicate this request when you make your reservation.
From the Washington State Convention Center to the Seattle/Tacoma International Airport: Shuttles also run from the downtown hotels to the airport every 30 minutes. For shuttle reservations, ask your hotel front desk staff for details or call Gray Line of Seattle at 888.426.7532, or click here.
